the staff was amazing! mr alaedin, the hotel manager, is very friendly. they upgraded my room for free during check-in and gave me a late check-out at no extra cost. the beach has watersports and a café, very convenient.
the pool area sometimes ran out of towels before mid-morning.

i found my room to be very spacious. it had useful amenities. housekeeping did a good job . the quiet location near the beach and the building's architecture were also very nice.
i had a little trouble finding a parking spot one evening. it was a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel on the palm was convenient and met my expectations.
The breakfast service was not good. They did not have butter available one morning. The sunbeds around the pool are for residents only, and guests must pay to use them. The sunbeds at the beach were very dirty.
